“It’s amazing to see how an old office building can deteriorate so badly and become so outdated in just ten years. We were given the opportunity to modernize an outdated floor as we saw fit. It became a showcase – a spacious office landscape with large open areas that gave the impression that far fewer people worked there than was actually the case.
