Salone del Mobile

Salone del Mobile starts on 17 April. This international design fair takes place in April every year. This year QbiQ is the sponsor of Bar Anne.

Bar Anne is a new concept where everything is related. A show bar, place to hang out and a meeting point in one, it offers a complete experience. Made by designers, for designers, it’s a completely Dutch product. It was developed by Rick Tegelaar, VanTot, Mae Engelgeer, Klaas Kuiken, Dirk van der Kooij, Jolan van der Wiel, HandMade Industrials, Jelle Mastenbroek, Sabine Marcelis, Brit van Nerven, Kranen/Gille and Aart van Asseldonk.

Bar Anne is not your average exhibition, you can try out everything: sitting, lying down, jumping and even sleeping and eating. The bar opens at 11 am, lunch is served around noon, followed by an aperitif, dinner and cocktail hour to shake things up. There will of course be music and time to dance until very late.

It won’t only be about feeding and entertaining design lovers, there will also be talks about all related aspects.

Bar Anne is located centrally between the famous Zona Tortona and the city centre in the historic Museo Diocesano. This special location was converted into a brand new hotspot in the city that welcomes anyone who is curious and creative. Bar Anne is open from Tuesday 17 to Saturday 21 April for snacks, drinks, music and more, from 11 am to 1 am.
