iQ PRO Noise Cover

Gesloten wandsysteem met geluidsabsorberende elementen

iQ PRO Noise Cover biedt in één wandsysteem een slimme oplossing voor het isoleren én absorberen van geluid. Vanzelfsprekend is ook dit concept circulair uitgevoerd en voldoet het aan de akoestische eigenschappen waar uw opdrachtgever blij van wordt. In het minimalistische design dat u van QbiQ gewend bent. 

 

Voor iQ PRO Noise Cover wordt gebruik gemaakt van een polyester doek dat herbruikbaar is. Dit polyester doek is in basis wit of leverbaar in vele prints. Het kan ook ten behoeve van branding of andere visuals worden ingezet. Het doek wordt door middel van een pees naadloos en plooivrij geïntegreerd in het iQ PRO wandsysteem.

 

Vaak wordt gekozen voor oplossingen met petvilt, echter petvilt is niet vrij van uitstoot van microplastics en over de herkomst bestaat onduidelijkheid. Het petvilt komt vaak in een dikte van 9 mm, indien het dikker wordt toegepast ligt het voor de wand. Bovendien zijn de absorptiewaarde van petvilt, indien er geen luchtspouw wordt aangebracht, niet optimaal.

 

In het geval van iQ PRO Noise Cover ontstaat achter het doek een ruimte van 15 mm, 25 mm of (met een kleine aanpassing) 40 mm. Deze ruimte kan worden gevuld met diverse circulaire materialen, afhankelijk van de gewenste absorptie waarde. Daarvoor kunnen zelfs oude plafondpanelen worden ingezet, dat is één op één hergebruik.

 

Om de gewenste geluidisolatie te realiseren, bepalen we in overleg de juiste wanddikte en de juiste materialisatie van de gesloten wand door middel van gipspanelen, staalbeplating en/of ecose-materiaal. Alle varianten van de iQ PRO systeemwand behalen een geluidsisolatie tot Rw = 60 dB.

 

Ook het iQ PRO Noise Cover wandsysteem is eenvoudig te (ver)plaatsen en verwijderen. Dat geldt ook voor het vervangen van het doek. In verband met verantwoorde recycling of hergebruik, ontvangen we de doeken vanzelfsprekend graag retour.

 

iQ PRO Noise Cover is net als alle wandsystemen van QbiQ Cradle to Cradle Silver gecertificeerd.

 

Kortom een slim en duurzaam wandconcept, dat kan worden voorzien van visuals en dat, ten opzichte van alternatieven met petvilt, voor uw projecten financieel interessant is.

iQ PRO Noise Cover laat zich uitstekend combineren met onze transparante wandsystemen en met gesloten wanden als iQ PRO Steel, iQ PRO Melamine of iQ PRO Eco.
