Hölzerne Systemwand mit Doppelverglasung

Kombination aus der warmen und natürlichen Holzoptik und der Flexibilität einer Aluminium-Systemwand. QbiQ präsentiert: iQ WOOD Structural!

 

Einzigartiger Wandaufbau
Bei iQ WOOD Structural handelt es sich um ein Glaswandsystem, das aus einer Kombination aus Aluminium- und Holzprofilen besteht. Durch  die Verwendung von Aluminium(klick)profilen im inneren Kern wahren wir die Stärke einer flexiblen Systemwand.
Die einzigartige Kombination der Materialien ermöglicht die Kreation einer minimalistischen, hölzernen Systemwand  mit maximaler Starrheit und  einer Profilhöhe von nur 33 mm.
Ein Türenelement im Wandsystem besteht aus einem Massivholzrahmen, der mit verschiedenen QbiQ- Türarten kombiniert werden kann.

 

Nachhaltigkeit
Der Innenkern von iQ WOOD Structural trägt das Cradle to Cradle Silver-Zertifikat. Das verwendete FSC-Holz ist u. a. in Europäischer Eiche und Abachi erhältlich. Das Holz wird nicht mit Nägeln,  sondern unsichtbar auf den Aluminium(klick)profilen befestigt. Das Glas wird mit Hilfe eines Glasgummis ‘trocken’ montiert. Dadurch ist die Wand komplett demontierbar und fügt sich das System nahtlos in unsere Kollektion aus kreisförmigen Systemwänden ein.

 

Glas
iQ WOOD Structural ist mit 2 x 66.2 Verbundglas mit einer Dicke von 12,76 mm versehen.  Zugunsten einer besseren Schalldämmung, besteht die Möglichkeit der Verwendung von 66.a2-Glas mit einer Akustikfolie.

Die Glaselemente werden mit Hilfe einer voll transparenten Nullfuge verbunden. Dadurch werden keine vertikalen Pfosten benötigt und entsteht eine wunderschöne Glaswand mit einem offenen und natürlichen Charakter.

 

Türen
Die Türrahmen aus Massivholz können mit Aluminiumtüren, Furnier-/HPL-Türen und Hartglastüren versehen werden.

 

iQ WOOD Structural kann selbstverständlich problemlos mit anderen QbiQ Wandsystemen kombinieren.
