iQ PROTECT Smoke S200

Rookwerende glaswanden met S200 classificatie

Vol transparante glaswanden die voldoen aan de nieuwste strenge eisen die worden gesteld aan de rookwerendheid van wanden en deuren in utiliteitsgebouwen.  iQ PROTECT Smoke S200 wanden hebben rondom een profiel van slechts 33mm in aanzicht. Verticale stijlen zijn in rookwerende wandsystemen, in beginsel, niet vereist waardoor een hoge mate van transparantie wordt verkregen. Om verspreiding van rook te beperken zijn in het ontwerp opgenomen deuren uitgevoerd met een valdorpel.

 

iQ PROTECT Smoke S200 kan worden uitgevoerd in verschillende glasdiktes. Door het toepassen van dikker glas, eventueel voorzien van een akoestische folie tussen het glas, worden  geluidsisolatiewaarden aanzienlijk verhoogd. Daar waar extra hoge glaswanden worden gevraagdzorgt dikker glas voor extra stabiliteit en sterkte van de rookwerende glaswand.

 

In het Besluit Bouwwerken Leefomgeving (BBL) worden strenge eisen gesteld aan de rookwerendheid van compartimenten waarbij voor zowel koude als warme rook aparte eisen gelden. Afhankelijk van het type gebouw en gebruik wordt bepaald welke classificatie is vereist.

 

iQ PROTECT Smoke S200 glaswanden zijn geschikt om te plaatsen daar waar een S200 classificatie is vereist. Dit zijn; gebouwen waarin geslapen wordt zoals ziekenhuizen, hotels, kinderdagverblijven. Hierbij gaat men uit van rookwerendheid bij 200 °C, ofwel “warme rook”.

 

Door de modulaire opbouw van de QbiQ product range kan iQ PROTECT Smoke S200 feilloos gecombineerd worden met dubbelglas wandsystemen zoals iQ PRO en iQ Structural uit de LIBERTY range. Zodoende kan een dubbelglas systeemwand worden gecreëerd met hoge geluidswaarden bestaande uit akoestisch gelaagd glas aan de ene zijde en S200 glas aan de andere zijde.
